Captain Tom statue unveiled at Chapel Allerton Hospital, February 2022

A year after the death of Captain Sir Tom Moore my statue was unveiled at Leeds Chapel Allerton Hospital by his daughter Hannah Ingram-Moore and Julian Hartley, Chief Executive of Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. It can now be seen outside the main entrance to the hospital. York Open Studios 10, 11 and 17,18 July 2021

After having to cancel last year's event due to Covid, then postponing the usual April date until July, York Open Studios is returning for 2021. York Open Studios is an annual community arts event which celebrates the best artists and makers living or working within a ten-mile radius of the city. Each year York Open Studios provides an opportunity for the public to visit selected artists’ studios and exhibitions. My studio will be open from 10am - 5pm. Crowdfunding target reached for statue of Captain Tom, May 2021

A huge thank you to everyone who supported my crowdfunding efforts to cast my statue of Captain Sir Tom Moore in bronze for Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. The foundry will be visiting at the end of June 2021 to take the mould and I hope to unveil the finished piece in the autumn. Watch this space! Yorkshire Charity Clay Days, Duncombe Park 13, 14 May 2019

I have donated a commission for a portrait in bronze to the auction held on the Yorkshire Charity Clay Days at Duncombe Park in Helmsley. The auction raises much-needed funds for various Yorkshire charities including the Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Variety, the children's charity that transforms the lives of disabled sick and disadvantaged children. I will also be exhibiting my work at the event.

QEST Annual Fundraising Dinner V&A Museum, 13 March 2019

Hosted by Vice Patron, Lord Snowdon, QEST’s Annual Fundraising Dinner celebrates British Craftsmanship in the magnificent surroundings of the V&A. It took place on 13th March and my donated sculpture masterclass raised £1,000 for QEST in the live & silent auction.

The Society of Portrait Sculptors FACE2023 Exhibition, London, 14 Aug - 10 Sept 2023

My portrait The White Crow and the relief Vincent have both been selected for this exhibition which is the only forum for contemporary portrait sculpture in this country. Homo Faber Event, Venice, 10-14 April 2022

This April I'll be taking part in an international exhibition in Venice championing artisanal talent. The Homo Faber Event showcases an impressive variety of materials, techniques and skills through live demonstrations, immersive digital experiences and imaginative displays of handcrafted creations. There will be over 400 unique works, crafted by over 350 designers and artisans, from over 30 countries. I'll be showing my work as well as doing a live portrait making demonstration. QEST Award for Excellence, 10 September 2020

I'm proud to have been awarded with this year's QEST Medal of Excellence in a virtual awards ceremony. The award is a beautiful medal made by the Royal Warrant holder, Thomas Fattorini, and is made annually to the QEST Scholar who has made an outstanding contribution to their craft and craft industry, shown commitment to training and passing on skills to the next generation and for their support and engagement with QEST.

FACE2019, 3-8 June 2019

I'm pleased to announce that my portrait of Kirby Howell-Baptiste has been selected for the Society of Portrait Sculptors' FACE 2019 exhibition taking place at La Galleria Pall Mall in London 3-8 June. This Open Exhibition is the only forum for contemporary portrait sculpture in this country and consists of about 70 sculptures of which approximately one third is chosen from open submission from non-members worldwide.
